Mentor Position Mission Statement
The purpose and motivation of the mentor will be to assist, educate, and support the new hires in order to increase initial success and expedite the training process. Decreasing pain points and creating connections within the organization to create a stronger support system during the training process.
Here’s how we do it:
- First, we strategically recruit recruiters and pitch the opportunity. Then, onboarding begins.
- We built a repeatable, structured, and clear training process.
- We hold our team accountable to a standard delivery process.
- We provide detailed SOP’s and in the trenches training on how to properly communicate with a client and candidate throughout the process.
- We invest significant, hands-on time into onboarding and training.
- We create a culture based on merit without bureaucracy or favoritism.
- We don’t have a bunch of unnecessary meetings.
- We invest to train our team and diligently work to help them grow consistently.
- We start the recruiter off with a strong lineup of solid roles to fill so they can get a quick win if they put in the work.
- We consistently support our recruiters and make elite communication a priority.
- We give the team a chance to voice their opinion and we appreciate the value our team delivers.
