Dialpad Setup

Dialpad – Necessary for calling and texting candidates (Below are setup instructions)

Step 1: Check your company email for a Dialpad invite.
We will send the invitation to your [company email].

Step 2: Before we assign your number, please complete the following form so we can request a number with your preferred area code:

⚠️ Note: This is required before we can activate your Dialpad account.

Step 3: After submitting the form, our team will request a Dialpad number based on your location and preferences.

Step 4: Once your number is ready, you’ll receive an invitation from Dialpad via email.
Click “Join Dialpad” in the email and follow the prompts to complete setup. Use your company email to log in.

Do not use your personal email.

Step 5: (Optional but recommended) Download the Dialpad desktop or mobile app for easier access.

Step 6: Customize your settings like voicemail greeting and call handling preferences if needed.
