RZ Format for Client Submissions
RZ Note Format for Client Submissions
Purpose:
To ensure all candidate notes are clear, concise, and tailored to the client’s specific needs, making it easy for them to engage quickly without being overwhelmed. This format is proven to drive higher responsiveness and helps us stand out in a competitive market.
Why This Format Matters:
- Clients are busy. They scan, they don’t read long paragraphs. Your job is to make their decision easier.
- This format increases engagement. Short, skimmable summaries outperform long winded intros. Also it is easier to produce more quality submissions and hit KPIs. ● CATSOne + client alignment. Your bullets should reflect both the client’s pain points and the notes in CATSOne.
- Consistency = credibility. When all our submissions follow a professional, recognizable structure, it builds trust and brand recognition.
Format:
Quick Summary (2–3 lines max) + indication that resume is attached.
- Introduce who the candidate is.
- Highlight key strengths and why they match this role.
- Include name, total years of relevant experience, industry familiarity, and major brand/client exposure.
Example:
David Lane (resume attached) brings 30+ years of finance leadership with deep McDonald’s ecosystem knowledge and multi-entity expertise. He spent 8 years at Golden State Foods (serving 2,500+ McDonald’s units, $3.5B exposure) and has since advised QSR franchises like IHOP and Wahlburgers.
Targeted Bullet Points (5–8 max)
Each bullet should tie directly to:
-Client needs & CATSOne notes
-High-impact metrics or experiences
-Should include Salary Information, Public Record Check info, Relocation details (if applicable), must finish with interview availability.
Example:
- 8 years at Golden State Foods (MCD supplier), advising IHOP/Wahlburgers ● CPA, M&A, succession planning, 1031 exchanges
- $3.5B exposure, led $150M consulting portfolio
- Highly analytical, hands-on, works well in founder-led groups
- E.g., CA native, relocating to Merced/Fresno
- Comp Expectation: $250K base (within range), Open to Relocation (already exploring house options)
- Public Record Check: Clear
