Everyone an Entrepreneur
An entrepreneur is an intrinsically motivated person that exudes leadership qualities such as the ability to persuade and inspire. An entrepreneur is also self-reliant, accountable and can rely on their emotional intelligence to stay calm even in stressful situations.
These types of individuals know how to identify holes in the business and move the needle in the right direction with confidence.
Always in Integrity
At RZ, Integrity is the foundation for everything we do. We are committed to honesty, trust, and transparency. We do the right thing — even when no one is watching. We’ve created a positive and inclusive culture that fosters open, honest, and meaningful relationships.
We foster fairness, and equality and encourage courageous conversations. We do the right thing and strive for fair/equitable solutions for RZ, employees, and clients. Creating solutions in the best interests of all involved; Clients, Candidates, and our RZ team members.
Stoically Structured
Imagine yourself developing a strong structure.
We hold our ground to ensuring tasks are organized, focus our attention on the details, ensure to plan strategically for success and are capable to flex our communication skills.
No Dancing Around Diligence
We all know friends, family members, or coworkers who might always find a way to work around… doing the work.
Here at Restaurant Zone we ensure quality, consistency and accountability. We ensure our work is done in a timely manner and we pride ourselves on our quality, end-results.
Teamwork to Make Dreams Work
Every individual at RZ works together. We strive to support one another in all daily interactions. Being able to see each others blind spots and finding ways to set each other up for success is a large part of how our organization moves forward together.
This piece sets us apart from many other work cultures, while we are competitive as a natural part of the industry, we also want our team to thrive at the same time.
We succeed as one!
Relentless for Results
By actively listening to our clients’ needs and diligently working to surpass their goals, we drive success for both them and RZ. With a positive and focused mindset, we rise above negativity and drama, leveraging our creativity and determination to overcome any challenges.
Setbacks only make us stronger. We view them as learning opportunities that fuel our drive for greater achievements, always keeping our ultimate objectives in sight.
Unparalleled Urgency
A gut-level determination to act NOW. Urgent people eliminate distractions, make fast decisions, and take swift actions. This trait is vital in startups, where moving fast is crucial to avoid losing money or falling behind competitors. Traits you must embody:
Fast, adaptable, flexible, growth-oriented, smart, efficient, ego-less. Complacency sets in when people believe they should “enjoy what they’ve earned,” but this mindset erodes success. The greatest threat to future success is current success. Focus on eliminating complacency.
These Values in Action at Restaurant Zone
As an organization, we meet and work together within branches to collaborate on fluid internal communication.
Sharing feedback, client nuances, and even candidates that we feel can be a good fit for others job orders is something that we continue to help one another grow.
Bringing ideas to the table and supporting the unique skills that we each have to elevate projects and explore growth opportunities.
Cheering each other on as we get placements and close accounts makes the entire entity succeed and executing on the product we are so proud of.

A Metaphor on Feedback
Feedback does not mean you failed.
It means you have an opportunity to course correct.
Say you’re steering a ship in the Pacific Ocean and you’re 1 degree off, what will happen? You don’t arrive at your destination! Worse yet—you might run into a storm. Storms might be in the form of clients complaining or asking for refunds. So how do you avoid storms? You trust your compass to get you back on track. Anyone at the company can serve as a compass to you.
When someone gives you feedback they’re asking you to shift 1 or 2 degrees to reach your goals! There is no failure—only feedback
