Matthew Rodgers
CEO, Co-Founder
Matthew manages and works with a variety of RZ’s most reputable brands. His work includes over 5+ years of executive / management recruiting experience and 5+ years of delivering custom hiring solutions for high-volume staffing needs for clients. Matthew overlooks RZ’s proprietary technology for candidate sourcing, screening, and data collection to help identify top talent. He is very passionate about technology’s role in recruiting and has a keen interest in developing & training lead recruiters and sourcers on the team. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his girlfriend Claudia.
Kenny Benavides
COO, Co-Founder
Kenny is a Senior Recruiter at RestaurantZone providing strategy and skills for the modern restaurant. His work includes 5 years of organizational consulting experience and 3 years of executive / management recruiting experience. Kenny leverages partnerships with RZ’s Recruiter Network to fill the most challenging of roles. His robust sales & copywriting background allows him to coach clients on the latest recruitment marketing trends. He lives in Washington, DC with his better half Ria. Between the two of them, they love to explore new countries and hobbies.
Kevin Kuns
Partner, Recruiting
Kevin has over 30+ years experience in management / executive recruiting in the restaurant industry. With his deep rooted network he has placed over 1,200 management and executives for top brands across the nation including: Panera, Cheddars, Raising Cane’s, Smashburger, California Pizza Kitchen, Ruggles (BellaGreen), KFC, Checkers and more. Kevin spent over 25 years prior, building management teams and growing some of the “best of the best” restaurant companies / cultures in the industry, starting out as an Assistant Manager, General Manager, Regional Opening Training Coordinator, Director of Operations and owning his own restaurant in Lake Tahoe.
Michael Greene
Partner, Consulting/Recruiting
Michael is a Senior Consultant / Recruiter who provides clients with management consulting, coaching, hospitality recruitment and operational & business consulting services. He is a 25-year veteran of the Hotel, Restaurant and Hospitality Industry. Previously, working as a Director of Operations for a popular, chic restaurant chain in Philadelphia.  There he played an integral role in developing their vision and core values as well as being accountable for the company's talent acquisition and team building.

RestaurantZone was founded in 2014, with the belief that hiring the right candidate should be simple and hassle-free.

Research shows that the turnover rate is over 69% in the restaurant and hospitality industry. This means that if a restaurant or hotel hired 20 people, by the end of the year, 14 of them would be gone.
