How Does it Work?
Once you pick a plan & login, you’re able to send your open position(s) to our recruiters to work on (via RZ HireNow - Recruiter Assistance). From there our recruiters will work on finding you interested qualified candidates only. They will search databases over 5MM+ resumes, post to 150+ job boards, leverage social media marketing, email marketing, national/local ads, and more to help you find qualified people who want to work for you! Only qualified candidates who express interest in your open position & match your criteria will be sent to you. Our team screens their resumes, their experience/skill set and ensures they have the right background for the job. You can expect results quickly, but depending on the difficulty of the position/location it could take a little longer.
How Does the Self-Search Resume Database work? And how many resumes are there?
Not only can you receive recruiting assistance but you can also self-search candidate resume profiles! We have 885,000 unique candidate resumes (only found at RestaurantZone) of restaurant, food, hotel and hospitality resumes and counting nationwide. Thousands of new resumes are added daily. About 60% of the database is passive and 40% are active candidates. RestaurantZone sources resumes from internal lists, 99+ job boards, direct email, culinary schools, recruiter partnerships, social media and much more!
How Long Should I Stay Subscribed?
We recommend using our product for a minimum of 2-3 months for the best results! But because of our competitive pricing many customers stay subscribed to our software for many years. And it is helpful to have a reliable, cost-effective staffing tool on hand to help fill your open position(s). Due to the demand & competitive staffing market, prices do tend to increase every year, so it’s smart to lock-in low prices like these.
Are there free trials offered?
No, unfortunately we can’t offer them at this time. Given the amount of resources RZ spends on resume databases, advertising, job boards, marketing, technology/developer costs and actual recruiter labor hours. It’s a big investment of time, energy and money for each customer. But for the cost, it’s something that shouldn’t break the bank. And you can always cancel, downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time! We do recommend using our product for a minimum of 2-3 months for the best results though.
