RestaurantZone's Hospitality Recruiters will source, screen, interview, conduct due diligence, background and reference checks on only the most qualified candidates that match your criteria. A shortlist of candidates resumes and executive summaries will be emailed to you for review. From there you will schedule in-person interviews and then select the best one!

How much does recruiting cost?

It varies from market to market and also depends on the specific role(s) you are hiring for. A contract agreement will be sent out outlining the scope of our services and fees. Upon hiring the candidate RestaurantZone will invoice a percentage of first year’s salary. The percentage fee can vary but is typically within the 15% to 30% range. A small upfront deposit is required to begin the search.
