A shortlist of candidates resumes and executive summaries will be emailed to you for review. From there you will schedule in-person interviews and then select the best one!
How much does recruiting cost?
It varies from market to market and also depends on the specific role(s) you are hiring for. A contract agreement will be sent out outlining the scope of our services and fees. Upon hiring the candidate RestaurantZone will invoice a percentage of first year’s salary. The percentage fee can vary but is typically within the 15% to 30% range**. A small upfront deposit is required to begin the search.

We only ask you provide a clear, immediate schedule for meetings to prevent good candidates from falling off. Candidates call you to book an interview as soon as possible and we send you all of the candidates information beforehand.
